Custom decks, porch rebuilds, and outdoor living spaces built with premium materials and honest craftsmanship — no shortcuts, no surprises.
From a simple porch repair to a full backyard transformation, we bring the same standard of quality to every project — big or small.
Multi-level, wraparound, or compact — we design and build decks that fit your space, your style, and your lifestyle. Premium materials, solid framing, clean lines.
Rot, warping, loose boards — we assess, repair, and restore. Sometimes a full replacement is the right call; sometimes a targeted rebuild saves you money and keeps the character.
Front porches take the beating — weather, foot traffic, settling. We fix structural issues, replace damaged components, and rebuild porches that look and feel brand new.
Built-in seating, planters, pergolas, lighting — we add the details that turn a plain deck into a space you actually want to spend time in.
Annual inspections, power washing, resealing, and restaining to protect your investment. A well-maintained deck lasts decades — a neglected one doesn't.
Safety first, then style. We install and replace railings, stair stringers, and treads in wood, composite, or metal — code-compliant and built to last.
When you hire Chico Deck & Porch, you're hiring a local team that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and leaves your property cleaner than we found it. That's not a sales pitch — that's just how we operate.
